Kouzon Corporation was founded in October 1997 in Vienna, Austria under the name of Kouzon and Co. as a tour operator for the territory of Austria.

In 1998 the company changed its location to Skopje, Macedonia and focused its activities to the Balkan countries. Besides its first main activity, Kouzon started working as a student service agency working mainly with the Work and Travel to the USA programs intended for full time students.

In 1998 Kouzon started operating as a recruitment agency for the largest cruises companies in the world such as Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Celebrity Cruises, Azamara Club Cruises , MSC Cruises, Princess Cruises , Viking Ocean Line, Norwegian Cruise Lines etc. and we started using the commercial name of Kouzon Corporation.

Since then we have grown to be the largest and most renowned recruitment agency and student service agency in the region of Balkans. Our headquarters is located in Skopje Macedonia and we also have offices in Turkey (Antalya), Bulgaria (Sofia), Serbia (Belgrade), Montenegro (Podgorica), Albania (Tirana), Czech Republic (Prague),Slovakia ( Kosice) Qatar (Doha), Bosnia (Sarajevo), Croatia (Zagreb) and Tunisia (Tunis).   We can proudly announce that we are currently the largest cruise ship hiring agency employing more than 1.200 employees per year for the largest cruises companies and also the largest hospitality employment agency for the most renowned hotel and restaurant chains and shops in OAE, Bahrein, Kuwait and Qatar.

We have the largest cruises companies and hotel chains to be our faithful long year partners which proves that we are striving for the best and that we have managed to do an excellent job throughout the 21 years of our existence.

Our partners have a great confidence in Kouzon and this was confirmed by the fact that in 2011 Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and Celebrity Cruises opened the second in the world training academy (for Royal) and the first in the world training academy (for Celebrity) for the restaurant and bar department in Skopje Macedonia, in cooperation with Kouzon. This Academy has been successfully operating since then and we have been training cruise ship applicants not only from the Balkans but also candidates coming from all parts of Europe.

The student service and the student programs are also one of the main activities of Kouzon.
We currently send from 1.200 – 1.500 students per year only to the work and travel to the USA summer program from couple of countries in Balkan Region. We have the largest US sponsor agencies for these programs, such as CIEE, United Work and Travel, CCI, Spirit Exchange etc. We are also working with other student programs which are also very popular among the young people in the region, such as internship and traineeship to the USA, Language courses in Europe, USA, Canada and Australia, University Studies in the UK, USA and Canada, Work and Travel programs in Germany, Canada and Australia etc.

The future plans of Kouzon Corporation are to continue working at the most professional level with all partners for all programs. We will strive to provide the best possible service for our clients and partners.  Our plan is to open a Kouzon Hospitality Academy which will offer the best education and training for young people from the region of the Balkans who wish to pursue their career in the area of gastronomy and hospitality. We would like to produce true professionals in the hospitality business and to become famous for providing the best possible service in hospitality.
